ISO 42001 — the international standard for AI management systems — is the standard your clients, regulators, and insurers will ask about next. AI is already in your firm: in your document review, your research tools, your client communications, your risk assessments. ISO 42001 provides the governance frame to make AI deployment defensible.
ISO 42001 sits with our partner firm Auxilium Auditing — they hold the standard; WJW33 does not. Our role is to signpost the work to Auxilium and, where you already operate ISO 9001 or ISO 27001, integrate the 42001 management-system overlay into your existing posture.
AI adoption itself — the strategic decision of where to deploy AI, how to govern it, how to capture its dividend — is a different question. For that, we work with T3PS Legal Dynamics through their INNOVATE deployment of the BREW architecture.
